I love the work you did of your nephew. I would love to do something similar with my son. Can you explain how you were able to join all the pictures into one photo? Thank you!

I did it with Photoshop PSE4...if you have that programm you have to resize the pictures and then join them all on one picture ( 1 background picture plus 9 layers) I resized the pictures manually then layered one over the other to be sure they all have the same size..and finally placed them until I was happy with the result...there are surely easier ways to resize but my skills in Photoshop are limited :O) Hope this helps :o)
